What Is Wounded Veterans Relief Fund?

Wounded Veterans Relief Fund provides immediate temporary emergency financial assistance to disabled veterans who have served in the wars and conflicts since 9/11. The organization works with Florida Veteran Administration (VA) facilities to screen and refer veterans. Financial support is provided for basic needs, including food, gas, mortgage, rent and utility payments, auto payments and repairs, transportation, wheelchair lifts, moving expenses, temporary or transitional housing and more. Our Mission: Ease the burdens of financial distress for post-9/11 Florida disabled veterans and their families, helping them transition back home in a productive, meaningful way. Our Services: Wounded Veterans Relief Fund supports veterans in the Sunshine State who served post-9/11 in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation New Dawn (OND), as well as their spouses and families. Our network of referring Veterans Administration locations now serves a tri-state area that includes all of Florida. As our network grows, we are able to provide more veterans with the immediate, focused assistance they deserve.Ease the burdens of financial distress for post-9/11 Florida disabled veterans and their families, helping them transition back home in a productive, meaningful way.
