What Is ICON Park?

Located less than one mile from the Orange County Convention Center, ICON Park is a 20-acre, walkable entertainment destination in the heart of Orlando’s International Drive. A perfect place to ride, dine, drink and explore, ICON Park has more than 40 amazing restaurants, funky bars, boutique shops and can’t-miss attractions, all anchored by the Wheel, a jaw-dropping observation wheel that stands 400 feet – 40 stories – in the air. Welcoming groups from 15 - 5,000, take your next event to new heights from private air-conditioned capsules at 400 feet to the Sky Lounge, Orlando's only venue located at the base of an attraction. Guests can visit SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium, Madame Tussauds Orlando, and more! Little ones can ride a toddler-sized train while older kids and grown-ups brave the 7D Dark Ride Adventure and the Orlando StarFlyer, the world’s tallest swing ride. ICON Park offers a diverse mix of restaurants for lunch, dinner and late-night dining that satisfy a wild variety of flavors and cuisines. Guests board The Wheel in the Wheelhouse, the center of energy at ICON Park, which holds the Wheelhouse Market, a new food hall offering authentically prepared, globally-inspired foods like andouille sausage, giant Bavarian pretzels, healthy acai bowls, cupcakes prepared daily. The market will soon feature made-to-order pizza and pasta, Latin-inspired fare and a selection of craft beer. ICON Park has full-service restaurants: Yard House, Tapa Toro Tapas Bar, Uncle Julio’s Mexican from Scratch, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Sugar Factory and Buffalo Wild Wings. Quick-casual stops include Shake Shack, iCafe Paris, and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream. Tin Roof serves up food, drink and live entertainment, while iLounge Istanbul is Orlando’s premier cigar and hookah lounge. (ICON Park was developed by a partnership among New York-based Flag Luxury, Orlando-based Unicorp National Development, and Las Vegas-based Torino Companies).
