What Is OMNI Management Services?

OMNI Management Services has been responsible for managing and promoting the growth of housing and condo communities throughout Indiana and 4 other states for over 15 years. We coordinate with, and act on behalf of the owners' associations (HOAs, COAs) that oversee those communities in several capacities. Our talented team of property managers, supported by our dedicated internal staff, and directed by our fearless leadership, act as a personal contact for our HOA and COA clients, delivering a professional and courteous experience to everyone involved. . Depending on the unique needs of each association, our management team will provide a variety of services, that starts at engaging with the residents within each community to better understand and address their unique needs and concerns. It also includes enforcing rules, administering fees when necessary, notifying residents of various updates and events, pursuing collections, as well as soliciting competitive bids for services, such as landscaping and snow-removal, and more. We also provide ongoing operational support for individualized community websites and online portals, as well as collect and process resident payments on behalf of the boards we represent.
