Gray Line Tennessee is a collection of elite drivers and tour guides, dedicated dispatchers and expert mechanics who are passionate about their city and their company. That’s why we invest heavily in the continuous development of our entire team, offering an extensive curriculum of training and educational courses for drivers, maintenance, sales, dispatch and administrative staff. Additionally, each of our customer service representatives completes a rigorous training schedule which includes taking every single one of our tours and spending time in our call center. Why go through this much trouble? Because the transportation and sightseeing is more than just buses. More than ever, tourists are looking for unique and authentic experiences. That’s why Gray Line Tennessee offers over twenty different tours, each catering to a different aspect of Nashville’s character.
