IPED is committed to providing you with high-quality continuing education conferences on topics such as affordable housing, community development, tax credits, renewable energy, and other aspects of government-assisted development. About IPED Founded in 1975 by Charles Edson and Bruce Lane, IPED was created to promote affordable housing and community development throughout the United States, and to educate industry participants. Both men are currently senior counsel at Nixon Peabody. IPED’s Board of Directors includes Nixon Peabody partners Tom Giblin, Rick Goldstein, Jeff Lesk, Herb Stevens, and Monica Sussman.
